Does the Mayor's request provide enough information for you to <br /> adequately justify appropriating $2 million? The answer is clearly no. <br /> But the Council can give its approval to the concept of spending up to <br /> $2 million in County funds for projects which support an irradiation <br /> facility. Those projects must be then subject to Council approval <br /> before they are implemented.
