COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 27 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 02-76, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br /> THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2003. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L• <br /> SECTION ] . Ordinance No. 02-76, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the <br /> following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. <br /> Account No. Source Fund Amount <br /> 3303.18 Federa] Grants -Drinking/Driving Community Education Campaign General $ 3,000 <br /> Total $ 3,000 <br /> SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following <br /> fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below: <br /> Account No. Function and Activity Fund Amount <br /> 010-201-5216.08 Drinking/Driving Comm Educ General $ 3,000 <br /> Total $ 3,000 <br /> SECTION 3. The federal/state grant revenues set forth in Section 1 are hereby appropriated in the amount(s) and to <br /> the program(s) identified herein; provided that disbursement is conditioned on (1) receipt of a notification of grant <br /> award from the grantor, or receipt of notification from the grantor that the grant award will be forthcoming and that the <br /> County is authorized to incur costs pursuant to such grant award; and (2) written notice to the Council including a copy <br /> of the notification from the grantor. <br /> A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon completion of the <br /> grant program(s). <br /> Pursuant to Section 46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Section 13-13(b), Hawaii County Charter, the Mayor is <br /> hereby authorized to apply for, receive and expend the funds for the program(s) identified in Section 1. <br /> SECTION 4.
