H D61 <br /> 1 the policy (office,] board, other than the comptroller, shall be <br /> 2 appointed by the governor from a list of three individuals for <br /> 3 each vacant position, submitted by a nominating committee <br /> 4 composed of four individuals chosen as follows: two persons <br /> 5 appointed by the governor; one person appointed by the president <br /> 6 of the senate; and one person appointed by the speaker of the <br /> 7 house. Except as provided in this section, the selection and <br /> 8 terms of the policy [officej board members shall be subject to <br /> 9 the requirements of section 26-34. No member of the policy <br /> 10 [office] board shall act concurrently as a chief procurement <br /> llofficer. The members of the policy [officej board shall devote <br /> 12 such time to their duties as may be necessary for the proper <br /> 13 discharge thereof. <br /> 14 (c) The policy [office] board shall be assisted by <br /> 15 employees of the department of accounting and general services, <br /> 16 which shall provide at least one full time support staff and <br /> 17 funding necessary to support the policy [office.] board. <br /> 18 (d) Members of the policy [officej board shall be <br /> 19 reimbursed for any expenses, including travel expenses, <br /> <br /> 20 reasonably incurred in the performance of their duties.
