The proposed driveway access along Puainako Street should be placed as far to <br /> the east as possible. We have no objections to aright-in only condition, provided <br /> that the throat-length is made long enough to accommodate the traffic loads. A <br /> physical ban-ier should be provided to restrict :my other type of movement. <br /> 2. We have no objections to a right-in/right-out only condition; provided that a <br /> physical bamer restriction is provided. <br /> 3. We understand that the east-bound Puainako Street lane will be kept as a single <br /> lane. We prefer not to have more than one lane, due to an unsafe weaving action <br /> that may occur with two or more lanes, <br /> 4. We will recommend to ENG thal al] AC berms be removed and that the road <br /> shoulder be adjusted appropriately. <br /> 5.
