These roadway <br /> improvements shall be completed prior to the issuance of a Certificate of <br /> Occupancy for any portion of the proposed commercial use. <br /> K. Should subdivision of the 5.595-acre project site be contemplated, direct access <br /> from the proposed individual lots to the Mamalahoa Highway shall be prohibited. <br /> L. The applicant shall submit a Solid Waste Management Plan for the development <br /> to the Department of Environmental Management for its review and approval. A <br /> copy of the approved Plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department prior to <br /> the issuance of Final Plan Approval. <br /> M. Residential uses established within the 5.595-acre project site shall not exceed a <br /> maximum permitted density of 16 residential units. <br /> <br /> N. Should any remains ofhistoric sites such as rock walls, terraces, platforms, <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials be encountered, work in the <br /> immediate area shall cease and the Department of Land and Natural Resources - <br /> Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-HPD) shall be irrunediately notified. <br /> Subsequent work shall proceed upon an archaeological clearance from the DLNR- <br /> HPD when it finds that sufficient mitigative measures have been taken. <br /> <br /> O.
