COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO• 94 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-4 (SOUTH KONA ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY <br /> CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-5a) TO <br /> FAMILY AGRICULTURAL (FA-3a) AT KEOPUKA, SOUTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED <br /> <br /> BY TAX MAP KEY 8-1-7:10. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-4, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br /> follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Keopuka, South Kona, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Family Agricultural (FA-3a): <br /> Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br /> Northeasterly comer of Lot B-1-B and being a point on the Westerly side of Mamalahoa <br /> Highway, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey <br /> Triangulation Station "LAE O KANONI" being 23,694.57 feet North and 597.76 feet <br /> West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> Thence, for the next lour (4) courses following along Lot B-1-B and along the <br /> remainder of Grant 148 to Daniel Barrett: <br /> Thence, following on a calve to the left with a radius of 26.58 feet, the chord <br /> azimuth and distance being: <br /> 1. 125° 18' 23" 41.75 feet to a point; <br /> 2. 73" 33' 642.73 feet to apoint <br /> 3. 354" O1' 1479] feet to a point; <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
