The question was raised about Applicant <br /> McCnurt's interest in the roadway lot which provides access to <br /> his property. Based upon the documents submitted to the <br /> Planning Department, it is the Cpnclusion pf this office that <br /> Brian McCourt owns an undivided 1/80th interest in the subject <br /> roadway lot. <br /> This conclusion is based upon three documents: <br /> 1. Roadway Maintenance Agreement recorded at the Bureau <br /> of Conveyances on November 12, 1992. <br /> Z, Warranty Deed recorded at the Bureau of Conveyances on <br /> February 24, 1992. <br /> 3. Quitclaim Deed recorded at the Bureau of Conveyances <br /> On April 14, 1992. <br /> Chronologically, the first of these documents to be executed was <br /> the last to be recorded, the Roadway Maintenance Agreement, <br /> which was signed by two of the owners of lot TMK: 7-3-05:101, <br /> Harry Foster, who signed on January 29, 1992, and Harue <br /> Matsumoto, who signed on February 3, 1992.
