S. District Court <br /> Pursuant to the County Council's request, I respectfully request that this matter be placed <br /> on the County Council's agenda for its October 1, 1997 meeting. The purpose of the <br /> Executive Session is to discuss the status of this case and the proposed settlement. The <br /> County's attorney from Honolulu has been instructed to be present.
