Compatibility ~7ith Land Use Plans and Policies and a Listin~i <br /> of....Permit...Al~~ovals <br /> The proposed project is compatible with the State Land Use <br /> Law with the existing Urban designation of the subject property. <br /> The proposed action is also compatible with the Hawaii State <br /> Plan, particularly those guidelines pertaining to economic <br /> diversification and growth, and preserving significant historical <br /> resources. <br /> County land use plans and policies that apply to the <br /> proposed project are reflected in the General Plan, honing Code, <br /> Special Management Area Guidelines- and the Kaiko'o Urban Renewal <br /> Plan.
