These funds are to be budgeted in next fiscal year's <br /> budget and will be used towards the planning of the proposed Kohanaiki Coastal Park. <br /> We kindly request that the Council amends the Mayor's Amended Operating Budget for FY <br /> 2003-2004, submitted on May 5, 2003, to include this grant by creating the General Fund <br /> revenue account, numbered 3305.32, and the expenditure account, numbered 010-151- <br /> 5141.54, both titled "Open Space Heritage Network". <br /> If at this time, the Council elects not to amend the proposed FY 2003-04 budget, we will <br /> submit the resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Hawaii <br /> Tourism Authority along with the bill to appropriate these grant funds in early July. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call me. <br /> 1.1 <br /> William Takaba <br /> Director of Finance <br /> PROVED: <br /> Har im Comm.
