Page 7: Section 19-59(b)(1) <br /> (A) Any property [five] three acres or larger within agricultural, residential and <br /> agricultural, family agricultural, intensive agricultural, and agricultural project <br /> districts, or open zoned districts. which is covered with at least [five] three intact and <br /> contiguous acres of native forest is eligible for dedication as native forest property if it <br /> meets the classification requirements of native forest, provided tha~roperty with a <br /> homesite shall have at least 2.75 intact and continuous acres of native forest. <br /> <br /> t ? Page 8 Section 19-~9(d) <br /> (4) The property is subdivided into parcels of less than [trve] three acres; or <br /> (5) A condominium property regime is declared for the property having condominium <br /> units with an area equivalent to less than [five] three acres.
