View, HI. <br /> <br /> Complaint: <br /> Helicopter flying low across the street from his residence in Fern Acres. Caller said that every <br /> marijuana mission the helicopters return to the same area and pull plants. <br /> <br /> Color of Helicopter: Light colored <br /> <br /> Tail No.: Unknown Letters "HPD" Visible: Yes Ox No0 <br /> <br /> Call Received By: A/Lt. Marshall KANEHAILUA #24 <br /> <br /> Complainant Recontacted By: A/Lt. Ma. ICANEHAILUA #24 DatelTime: 05-05-03/1340 <br /> Reason for Being in Area: <br /> Spotter said he could not avoid the marijuana patch because it was too large. <br /> Time in Area: 20 minutes No. of Plants Recovered: 2,253 MJ PLANTS <br /> Immediate Action Taken: <br /> Helicopter left area while I was on the phone with the caller. Caller was satisfied Helicopter left the <br /> area. <br /> Comments: <br /> Aerial spotter said that marijuana patch contained more seedlings that were guarded by dogs that <br /> officers could not get to. A total of 2,253 marijuana plants were removed but another estimated 500 <br /> or more seedlings were left behind due to noise complaint. We will try to go back and remove the <br /> remainder.
