REQUEST: <br /> Approval authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Research Corporation of the University <br /> of Hawaii (RCUH) for a Title V juvenile delinquency prevention program to be implemented at the Lanakila <br /> Learning Center. A total of $81,970.00 will be provided to Lanakila Learning Center to enhance their existing <br /> program. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED)' <br /> The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney received Title V federal funds for a juvenile delinquency prevention <br /> program in Hawaii County.
