All concerned citizens are invited to protest the <br />increase in Mayor Harry Kim's budget for 'marijuana. <br />eradication' for the coming year. It is an act of malfe. san`. e, <br />an impeachable offense, to expand marijuana eradication <br />when it has been proven to have caused the 'ice' epidemic <br />and poverty in Hawai'i, according to the only federal study <br />to examine the issue. Please come and testify at the public <br />meeting or fax your testimony to: Hawaii County Council <br />Chairman James Arakaki @ (808) 969-3291. <br />When? Wednesday June 4th, 2003 at 8:30 a.m. <br />Where?
