REQUEST' <br /> Resolution for the financing leasing of three (3) Truck Tractors for a period of five <br /> years. <br /> B. BAGKGROLIND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Replacement equipment is needed for: <br /> Two (2) 1991 Peterbilt Truck Tractors and one (1) 1994 International <br /> Truck Tractor, which are in excess of 10 years in age, have high <br /> mileage, incurring major repairs and expensive parts and all trucks <br /> are approaching the end of their useful life. <br /> The Solid Waste Fund does not have the resources to purchase the referenced <br /> equipment, and therefore requests the authority to enter into a lease program to <br /> finance the purchase over five years.
