COL7NTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88 03 <br /> A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE COUNCIL'S GRATITUDE TO <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOBBY JEAN LEITHEAD-TODD FOR HER <br /> SERVICE TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`1. <br /> WHEREAS, Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd has been a Council Member of <br /> the County of Hawaii since 1996 representing Council District 2, South Hilo; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, during these past years, Council Member Leithead-Todd has <br /> <br /> participated on all standing committees and served as Chair of the Committee on <br /> Planning (1996-2003); and <br /> WHEREAS, Council Member Leithead-Todd resigned from office <br /> effective July 31, 2003. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br /> THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it hereby extends its gratitude to Council <br /> Member Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd for her many years of service together with <br /> best wishes for continued health, success and prosperity. <br /> <br />
