A copy of the <br /> approved plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department prior to the <br /> issuance of Final Plan Approval. <br /> <br /> L Ail earthwork activity shall conform to Chapter 10, Erosion and <br /> Sedimentation Control, of the Hawaii County Code. <br /> <br /> ,I.
