The Agency <br /> found that the sign was acceptable and, by unanimous vote, <br /> recommends approval of the request. <br /> In a related matter, Mayor Yamashiro referred to HRA your <br /> letter dated May 21, 1997, regarding committee members' request <br /> for information to gain a better understanding of the <br /> jurisdictional and functional relationships between HRA and <br /> County departments, including the County Council.
