The Towill family said they talked with you aftex the <br /> flooding in November 2000. 'they refused to say what your comments were at that time. Most <br /> of the data and testimony submitted at that time is not in the record sent to the full council. <br /> Unfortunately although the Planning Committee gave it a negative recommendation, I feel there <br /> will be enough votes to pass this potentially dangerous rezoning. Constriction of a large <br /> problem for surrounding residents will begin and there will be many people negatively <br /> impacted by this problem subdivision. Potentially there will be negative consequences for <br /> taxpayers of this county should our decision <br /> making enable flooding of other properties with <br /> consequent i:~;uries ar loss of life. The Towill family stated that the county would be forced to <br /> spend quite a bit of money to correct drainage problems with existing culverts should this <br /> project be approved as is. <br /> Please review the project proposals available through my office and revise airy testimony you <br /> may have regarding this project.
