7. Notices. Any written notice required to be given by any party to this Contract <br /> shall be (a) delivered personally, or (b) sent by United States first class mail, postage prepaid. Notice <br /> required to be given to the Procurement Officer or the CONTRACTOR shall be sent to the <br /> respective address as indicated in this Contract. A notice shall be deemed to have been received three <br /> (3) days afrer mailing or at the time of actual receipt, whichever is eazlier.
