I do not: think that the impact of <br /> impending development has been proper-_y considered. I would certainly hope that as a corrnnunity <br /> member, we are afforded the right to have proper representation on the County Council regarding this <br /> matter. <br /> At the very least, I would hope '..hat the con¢nunity be given a chance to voice their concerns at a <br /> public hearing.
