(See attached <br /> August 21, 2003 email) <br /> As a result. I have reviewed my tiles and concur that two portions of Condition F of Draft 2 are <br /> inconsistent with the discussions and actions taken by the Planning Committee on August 5. <br /> 2003. Accordingly, 1 propose and request your approval of the following amendments: <br /> Condition F. "Homestead Road, if used to provide access to more than one lot. shall be <br /> widened and] improved from Che point of the subdivision access to } Iighway 190, <br /> meeting with the requirements of the Department of Public Works, prior to receipt of <br /> final subdivision approval The intersection with Highway 190 shall meet with the <br /> approval of the Department of Public Works and the State Department of <br /> Transportation. <br /> Since approval of these changes will bring the bill into conformity with actions of the Planning <br /> Committee, I do not believe they are substantive. <br /> "thank you for your favorable consideration of this request.
