Assurances and Certifications: The PROVIDER shall assure and certify that it <br /> will fully comply with the following regulations: <br /> 29 CFR Part 97 (Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and <br /> Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments); <br /> 29 CFR Part 95 (Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and <br /> Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non- <br /> Profit Organizations) <br /> 29 CFR Part 96 (Single Audit Requirements); <br /> 29 CFR Pari 98 (Debarment and Suspension, Drug Free Workplace); <br /> 29 CFR Part 93 (Lobbying Certification); <br /> 29 CFR Parts 33 and 34 (Nondiscrimination and Equal Opportunity); and <br /> 20 CFR Part 641 (Senior Community Service Employment Program, Proposed <br /> Rule). <br /> The PROVIDER must also sign the following certification forms: <br /> Debarment and Suspension Certification <br /> Certification Regarding Lobbying <br /> Drug Free Workplace Certification and <br /> Certification ofNon-Delinquency. <br /> Eabibit "A" <br /> Page 5 <br /> <br />
