NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that <br /> <br /> the Corporation Counsel, and his authorized representatives, are authorized to enter into an agreement with the <br /> <br /> individually named party, that is, Lt.
