The first two changes are housekeeping <br /> changes to correct obsolete language. The first paragraph of §24-17 is updated to reflect the <br /> current practice of staggered registration deadlines. §24-17(b)(2)(C) is amended to reflect <br /> the increased fees approved in Ordinance 02-90. <br /> Changes are made to the new language in §24-17fd~ to clarify that the exemption only <br /> applies to County weight tax and to add a Veterans Administration certification requirement. <br /> That requirement is also added to §24-19~). <br /> We apologize for any inconvenience that this change may cause.
