This project, upon approval, shall constitute an official part of <br /> Hawaii's Drug Control and System Improvement Formula Grant Program <br /> established under Title VI, Subtitle C, Part E, Subpart 1, of the Anti- <br /> Drug Abuse Act of 1988 (Public Law 100-690). <br /> 2. Any grant awarded pursuant to this application shall be subject to and <br /> will be administered in conformity with: <br /> (a) general conditions applicable to administration of grants under <br /> Title VI, Subtitle C, Part E, Subpart 1, of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act <br /> of 1988 (Public Law 100-690), as amended, as applicable; <br /> (b) conditions applicable to the fiscal administration of grants under <br /> Title VI, Subtitle C, Part E, Subpart 1, of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act <br /> of 1988 (Public Law 100-690), as amended, as applicable; <br /> (c) any special conditions contained in the grant award; and <br /> (d) general and fiscal regulations of the Crime Prevention and Justice <br /> Assistance Division. <br /> 3.
