A cover page to the packet more specifically descries its"~ontents. <br /> Bill number 189 was submitted to the County Council to provide for the establishment of a <br /> Shippers' Wharf Committee Trust Fund (Trust Fund). Although the Mayor of Hawaii <br /> County is the sole trustee for this charitable trust, the creation of the Trust Fund ensures <br /> that the accounting and reporting requirements of money in the Trust are no less than <br /> those of other County Funds.
