In fiscal year 2001-2002, beneficiaries, including but <br /> not limited to the following, have received funds from the <br /> Trust: <br /> • Department of Health, Hawaii District Health Office; <br /> • Na Keiki He'e Nalu 0 Hawaii; and <br /> • Hawaii County Office of Aging. <br /> See Aff. of the Director of Finance. However, this Trust is a <br /> charitable trust with no specific beneficiaries identified. <br /> Accordingly, the court has recognized that the Attorney General <br /> of the State of Hawaii is the proper party to represent the <br /> State of Hawaii and the public at large in their interest in the <br /> Trust. See Exhibit D, p. 5, X12. <br /> 23. The address of the Attorney General of the State of <br /> Hawaii is Hale Auhau, 425 Queen Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. <br /> The Petitioner will provide notice of the Petition to the <br /> Attorney General, Mark J.
