7. Grantee shall comply with all the ordinances, <br /> codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State and local <br /> government which in any way affect its performance under this <br /> Contract. <br /> 8. Grantee shall provide for an independent audit <br /> of its activities on a periodic basis in accordance with Office of <br /> Management and Budget Circular A-128. <br /> 9. Grantee will comply with the non-discrimination <br /> requirements of the Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 <br /> (with respect to race, sex, religion, creed, national origin), <br /> section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (handicap), as <br /> amended, Subtitle A, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities <br /> Act (ADA) (1990), Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 <br /> (race, sex, religion, creed, national origin), the Age <br /> Discrimination Act of 1975 (age), Executive Order 12138, 44 C.F.R. <br /> 29637 (affirmative action for women's business), and the United <br /> States Department of Justice Non-Discrimination Regulations, 28 <br /> C.F.R., Part 42, Subparts C, D, E and G. <br /> 10. Grantee assures Agency that if it is required <br /> to formulate an Equal Employment Opportunity Program in accordance <br /> with 28 C.F.R. §§42.301 et se it will submit a certification to <br /> <br /> Agency that a current program is on file. <br /> 11. Grantee shall ensure that Fourteen thousand <br /> six hundred twenty-five and no/100 dollars (518.750.001 <br /> are available as matching funds to provide the services under this <br /> contract.
