Federal-Older American Act Funds <br /> (1) The STATE shall use the allocation plan contained in Exhibit B-1, <br /> pages one (1) to four (4) as a basis of paying PROVIDER. <br /> (2) Program income, and interest or investment income, hereinafter <br /> referred to as "income," that is collected or earned by PROVIDER or any of its subcontractors as <br /> a result of activities supported by funds provided to PROVIDER under this Agreement, shall be <br /> retained by PROVIDER or subcontractors earning such income and shall be spent for the <br /> expanded level of services prior to using funds provided under this Agreement.
