A drainage study shall be prepared for review and the recommended drainage <br /> system shall be constructed meeting with the approval of the Department of <br /> Public Works. The drainage improvements shall be constructed prior to receipt of <br /> final subdivision approval. <br /> K. The proposed subdivision shall connect to the County sewer system. <br /> L.
