No need to create a 20 <br /> page pile paperwork. They can save this valuable time to <br /> do more important things like catching a thief or a drug <br /> dealer. <br /> This way there is no need to lable me a criminal suspect, <br /> no need to say I must have been growing marijuana and removed <br /> it, only because they cannot admit to being mistaken. <br /> No need to imply I am lying. <br /> The geese do exist and my house is NOT a <br /> "property designed or intended for use of which is or has <br /> been used as the means of committing the offense <br /> PROMOTING A DETRIMENTAL DRUGS....", <br /> my house is a home. <br /> Some people might think that if there was a search warrant <br /> there must have been a reason. The reason was hearsay, the <br /> statement under oath of one officer that another officer has <br /> told him what he beleived to have seen from the <br /> helicopter. Not even one photograph as supporting evidence. <br /> The incident leaves me with one big question: Can it be, <br /> that it takes only the presence of one plant or two in the <br /> yard to lose one's home? <br /> Makes me wonder: After all the big success stories of people <br /> thrown in jail and properties seized, is there less <br /> <br /> marijuana on the market? <br /> No, there is always enough, only more expensive. <br /> The next question would be, who is profiteering from the <br /> eradication plan or should I say racketeering program. Who is <br /> monopolizing production and price at the taxpayers <br /> expense? Should it not be the other way round, the <br /> government collecting tax money on it rather than spending it? <br /> I lived in free and not so free countries. <br /> I have seen abuse of power in other police states, but in <br /> those places the people did not get to elect their <br /> government officials. <br /> I am urging the public to respond, or your home could be <br /> next. <br /> Gisela Krammer-Coleman :j~~,Z,\ <br /> G:uxrr~.
