(Formerly Gamlon Corporation) <br /> Request: Amendment to Condition I <br /> Tax Man Kgy• 7-6-21:4. 9-13 and 15-17 <br /> The Planning Commission, after a duly held public hearing on May 1, 1997, voted to <br /> recommend for your approval the proposed legislative bill to amend Condition I (submit plans <br /> and secure Final Plan Approval for RM zoned area) of Ordinance No. 84-23, as amended by <br /> Ordinance Nos. 84-42, 88-4, 90-62, 91-96, 93-26 and 94-34. These ordinances reclassified <br /> lands from Unplanned (U) to Multiple Family Residential (RM-5) and Single Family <br /> Residential (RS-15) zoned districts at Holualoa 1 and 2, North Kona, Hawaii. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recornmending <br /> favorable consideration of the request. <br /> The purpose of this request is to amend the performance requirements of <br /> Ordinance 84-23, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 84-42, 88-4, 90-62, 91-96, 93-26 and <br /> 94-34 (REZ 470) to ensure that the applicant is not in violation with the time <br /> conditions. <br /> The inability of the petitioner to comply with the requirements of Condition I of <br /> Change of Zone Ordinance No. 84-23, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 84-42, 88-4, <br /> <br />
