Establish a free lunch program at the following sites:l) Kekuaokalani Gym, Kailua, <br /> Kona; 2) Hale Halawai Ctr, Kailua, Kona; 3) Yano Hall, Capt. Cook, Kona; 4) Hisaoka Gym, Kohala; <br /> 5) Waimea Comm Ctr, Waimea; 6) Papa'ikou Comm Ctr, Papaikou; 7) Honoka'a Gym, Honoka'a; <br /> 8) Stanley Costales Gym, Hilo; 9) Andrews Gym, Hilo; 10) Hilo Armory, Hilo; 1 Pahala Comm Ctr, <br /> Ka'u; 12) Mt.
