Arakaki, Chairman j <br /> Hawaii County Council J ! <br /> A ' <br /> FROM: John Santangelo, Chairman <br /> Hawaii County Housing Agency <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii County Council <br /> Hualalai Elderly Low Income Housing Tax Credit Rental <br /> Housing Project <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has <br /> submitted to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) a <br /> resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement to <br /> develop the above-mentioned project as an affordable housing <br /> project pursuant to Section 201E of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. <br /> The HCHA has reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting <br /> of May 19, 1997.
