Arakaki, Chairman <br /> Hawaii County Council ~ <br /> FROM: John Santangelo, Chairman <br /> Hawaii County Housing Agency <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii County Council <br /> Hualalai Elderly Low Income Housing Tax Credit Rental <br /> Housing Project <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has <br /> submitted to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) a <br /> resolution authorizing the exemption of certain zoning code <br /> requirements, pursuant to Chapters 201E-201 and 201E-210 of the <br /> Hawaii Revised Statutes, for the project mentioned above. <br /> The HCHA has reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting <br /> of May 19, 1997.
