Ideally, all <br /> <br /> three trend lines would be decreasing. Although Landfill Fee Receivables decreased by $158,223.47 from 6/30/02 <br /> <br /> to 6/30/03, net receivables increased by $7,352.69. It appears that the bulk of the decrease in Landfill Fee <br /> Receivables can be attributed to a change in doubtful accounts. <br /> I. Is Net Landfill Fees Receivable decreasing? <br /> 2.
