Letter dated March 4, 2004 from the Office Legislative Auditor outlining specific <br /> questions and recommendations in relation to Bi11231. <br /> The committee also requested that the Planning Director comment on this matter. A copy of the <br /> letter requesting such is attached for your records. <br /> In addition, to your response and comment by the Planning Department, it maybe helpful for <br /> Councilmembers if a workshop was also held. It appears that, at the least, further clarification of <br /> the Federal Program is needed.
