EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The FY 2003 Strategic Plan for the STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant <br />represents the third and final year of the three-year plan adopted by the VAWA State Planning <br />Committee in December 2001. This plan updates the demographic and criminal justice statistics <br />relating to domestic violence and sexual assault in the State. It further describes the use of the <br />first two years of STOP grant funding (FY 2001 and 2002) in addressing the priorities for law <br />enforcement, prosecution, victim service providers, and discretionary allocations. <br />
