Please have it referred to the next Council <br /> meeting for consideration. As discussed at the Council meeting held Apri121, 2004, Bi <br /> 178, Draft 3 includes the following amendments: <br /> 1. Condition E. Decreased transient accommodations from 400 to 300 unit; <br /> 2. Condition G. Deleted. <br /> 3. Condition K. Phrase Added. "However, a Certificate of Occupancy for <br /> residential and transient accommodation units shall not be issued until <br /> Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway, Phase II, from Kealakehe to the Airport, <br /> has been widened to a minimum of four traffic lanes or within two years <br /> from the effective date of this ordinance, whichever occurs first." <br /> 4. Condition GG. Phrase Added. "Provided that, as represented by the <br /> applicant, 20% of the total number of multiple family units allowed with <br /> the Project District shall be affordable housing units built onsite." <br /> 5.
