Every one else <br /> who testified at the hearing, with the exception of the developer's representative, also opposed <br /> this zone change. <br /> The issues of traffic, infrastructure, cultural sites, possible endangered species, density, and <br /> water to the property have not been adequately addressed. The Planning Commission <br /> recommended disapproval until these issues are addressed. <br /> This zone change is not ready for approval and should be denied.
