This sign <br /> variance request, scheduled for your Tuesday, April 20 meeting, seeks an <br /> increase on size of their signs to 3' x 6'. <br /> Please be aware that Alii Gardens Marketplace is located in a residential area on <br /> Alii Drive with a speed limit of 30 mph. In both directions the signs can be seen <br /> approximately .1 miles -not because of the size of the signs but because of the <br /> curvature of the road in both directions. BECAUSE OF THE CURVATURE OF <br /> THE ROAD, THE SIGNS CAN NOT BE SEEN ANY SOONER NO MATTER <br /> HOW LARGE THEY ARE.
