Counseling and Drafting Division Program Objectives-Development <br /> of a Risk Management System (Six-Month Progress Report on Program <br /> Objectives for FY 2003-2004) says "Our oflrce manager is also in the <br /> process of assembling data for the creation and funding of a permanent <br /> risk manger position for the County, together with the necessary support <br /> staff." <br /> What data is being assembled? What is fhe projected timeframe for <br /> completion? When might this be incorporated into the budget? <br /> Attached is the data. (See Attachment "C") <br /> The County administration has resurrected the risk management committee. A <br /> meeting is scheduled for March 22, 2004, at the Corporation Counsel's Office. A <br /> timeline for submission of a formal recommendation to the Mayor and Council will <br /> be developed at this meeting.
