Please be informed that as <br /> <br /> enviromnentally sensitive landowners, they do not wish to have their project adversely <br /> <br /> impact the I' o. <br /> Accordingly, the landowners had a professional look into this matter. In <br /> <br /> reviewing this matter, Reginald E. David of Rana Productions, Ltd. noted that it was very <br /> <br /> unlikely that the Hawaiian Hawk nests on the property. He went on to conclude that "the <br /> <br /> clearing and development of the subject property will not result in adverse impacts to <br /> <br /> Hawaiian Hawks." A copy of Mr. David's letter report, dated April 28, 2004, is enclosed <br /> <br /> for your information.
