In August 1999, the Unsecured Creditor's Committee to reorganized Sure Save <br />promoted me to Chairman Of The Board for the Company.. <br />6. The case was finally settled with the creditors; the Plan Of Reorganization went <br />effective on December 4, 2001; with the acceptance of a plan to allow Sure Save <br />some time to recover and to be able to pay back its creditors. U.S. Bankruptcy # 99- <br />02493. <br />7.
