Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof is held invalid, such invalidity <br />shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 7. As required by Section 10-6(a) of the Hawaii County Charter, the estimated cost of each capital <br />improvement pending or proposed to be undertaken, the estimated operating cost, and the pending or proposed method of <br />financing are set forth in the attached Project Data and/or Financial Impact Statement sheets. <br />SECTION 8.
