Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to establish an operating <br />budget for the County of Hawai'i in compliance with subsection 10-3(a), Hawai'i County <br />Charter. <br />SECTION 2. General Summary and Comparative Statements of Revenues and <br />Expenditures. A simple, clear, general summary of the detailed contents of the operating <br />budget and comparative statements of revenues and expenditures are hereby presented. <br />
