This certificate is furnished in compliance with Chapter 19, Article 11, Section 19-90(e) of the Hawaii County Code, as amended. The total value of net taxable real property is $10,156,902,565. This amount is $122,337,544 lower than the previous year. The percentage change from the previous year is insignificant and thus not reported. The estimated gross value of new residential construction is $121,055,400 and commercial construction is $37,260,100. A total of 824 appeals were filed, as compared to 826 appeals in the previous year. The amount in dispute is $246,459,840 compared to $227,174,692 in the previous year.
