I stn a member and Vice President for South Kona of the Kona-Kohala Chamber of <br /> Commerce. I also run anon-profit organization that supports people with disability.l wish to state my <br /> support for Communication 647, Bi11280 to establish a Business Improvornent District for Kailua-Kona. <br /> This bill will provide a framework for the businesses of Kailas-Kona to come together with one voice to <br /> direct the,tmaent and future structure of this town. A formal structure like the BID will allow much needed <br /> projcets to improve the visibility and economic hoalth of the community.
