Objectives: Develop a model for transfer station enhancement to provide recycling and reuse opportunities. Develop a strategic plan for replication of the model throughout the County's rural transfer station system C Outcomes or Results: Successfully developed and implemented transfer station enhancement at the Kea'au Transfer Station and completed a strategic plan for replication. Final report for the Kea'au o �n project and the Strategic Plan for Replication of the Kea'au Recycling and Reuse model are attached.
